"Third time staying at the Mitsis Family Village. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, who again made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. Hotel very clean, and well maintained with fantastic facilities and a beautiful beach. Food and drinks was delicious with a very good variety to suit all tastes including fresh pizza and gyros on the beach. "Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"We had a fantastic stay in the superior villa which was the middle villa of the three available. Everything was spotlessly clean and matched the listing photos and details. Very well equipped and comfy. The pool was great for a cool down and was clean and there was a net so you could keep it clean of any insects. It's an outdoor pool in nature so is to be expected! There was options for sun and shade all day. The sunsets from the upstairs terrace were stunning. The best sunset we have ever seen and we got to enjoy 6 of them. We went into Zia town a few times but it was just as good from the villa terrace and much more peaceful. The location was great for travelling around with rental car, parking was easy and it's about a 10 minutes walk up into Zia. Fairly steep but short and manageable. Other reviews we saw mentioned the noise from local roosters, this didn't bother us at all and with windows and doors shut at night we weren't disturbed. We wished we could stay longer. Good communication with Kallia before and during stay."
