"Great place but it’s a 20 minute walk from downtown. You get free bus passes tho, hotel is great, clean, spa is wow and friendly. Restaurant is good but super expensive but tasty. No casual family options, there’s a family restaurant next door in the sister hotel but we took a lot of starters and meal and it was the worst place we ate in Banff, the coffee shop however is splendid. Would recommend but better off eating at AeW next door if you’re on a family budget. "
