"Centrally located, clean room and breakfast area nice and selection good."

"Very nice pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was great (fresh omelets) and enjoyed the happy hour drinks. Superb location and easy walking to downtown area."

"Everything was great. A little more detail could have been given to the cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the shower walls"

"Great!"

"I definitely if have to go back to the same area I will stay there again"

"Spark is a new concept in budget hotels that works for us. Breakfast is simple but good. Furnishings are minimal, Ikea-like, but comfortable. No coffee or microwave in room, but both available in the lobby."

"Breakfast and bar seemed small for the size of the hotel and no room service available. Had to go offsite to"

"Great stay."

"The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

"Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!"
