"Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Property was centrally located to the Derry experience."

"Nice hotel with great parking and short walk to town"

"Lovely hotel, great staff and location. Drink and food prices are very good. Will be back."

"Very central, friendly staff."

"Loved the area, it was very walkable. The room was clean and a good size. Appreciated the free parking option but it was a little difficult carting 4 bags of luggage from parking to the room, then up the stairs."

"Wow, this was an amazing stay! I wish we had stayed longer! Beautiful guesthouse amazing staff, quiet, big room (we got an upgrade, thank you). Absolutely stunning. Walkable to the city centre, wish we had time for the breakfast. Plenty of parking available. Wonderful stay."

"Clean room"

"Can’t beat the location. Minutes walk to Guildhall and Bus station for day trips (no uphills). Staff were helpful. Property was clean and updated."

"Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city."

"It was convenient to downtown which we liked. We were able to walk to a lot of places"

"Excellent location and the staff are very helpful and super friendly. The hotel itself is tired looking and so are the rooms, the rooms are in need of a makeover as the "Deluxe" room we had although was clean but not in anyway was it deluxe. I would not say it was worth over £500 for 2 nights. But I assume that was due to time of year for the Halloween celebrations."

"We had a lovely stay the room was spacious and clean, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly! Great food in the bar and a good breakfast selection…we would be very happy to stay in the Everglades again."

"Wonderful Stay. Place is great"
