"We had a clean room with a view. The staff were helpful."

"Upon arrival, we were expecting parking and was told there was none as we had to reserve a spot beforehand but now they were full. We were told to parked in an area between the green markings. We looked for 1/2 hour and could not find a spot, so we parked in a garage (27 Eruos/day). We later found numerous spots, below and behind the hotel. I wish we were told that is a great place to look. Also, we asked about a sitting area outside and was told there was none. Come to find out there is a huge patio area, in the afternoon sun, right outside their cafe, but the patio wasnt open for some reason. Disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel was fine."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Everything about it was lovely, the people were so polite, and the breakfast staff truly went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you wanted. Honestly, it was such a beautiful place to be; the photos don’t do it justice at all. The breakfast was incredible, everything was delicious, and there honestly wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t good. I usually don’t eat much at breakfast buffets, but here even the donuts were amazing. I absolutely loved my stay."
