The highlight is the spacious, furnished veranda—a true outdoor living room where you can relax, sunbathe, or enjoy unforgettable dinners with the barbecue, all surrounded by a well-kept garden offering moments of peace and serenity.



The recently built house provides all comforts: a cozy bedroom with a double bed and an armchair bed ideal for children, a modern bathroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette.



Behind the apartment, in the communal area accessible from the private courtyard, there is a shared pool available throughout the season from June 1st. Please note, swimming caps are mandatory for pool use.



The property is in a strategic location, just steps from free beaches and the crystal-clear sea, allowing you to explore the beauty of Castelsardo—one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. Discover cultural events like the Lunissanti festival, Holy Week, the summer carnival with its floats, and wonderful concerts featuring international musicians during major holidays such as Easter, May Day, Ferragosto, and New Year’s Eve. Visiting Castelsardo lets you discover authentic traditions like basket weaving and trap making. The village has a thousand-year history and boasts Italy’s only functioning drawbridge.
