Outside, discover a heated and secure swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace fitted with sun loungers and parasols, a discreet spa under an olive tree, as well as a terrace with shaded areas. For your convivial moments, enjoy the dining area equipped with a charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha. No music outside, thank you.



The interior combines comfort and elegance: modern kitchen, welcoming dining room with a large table and central fireplace (wood included), cosy living room with flat screen and home cinema. Four bedrooms, games room-dormitory, and two bathrooms.

For leisure, a ping-pong table, a table football, as well as a comfortable sofa bed and two single beds.

Two garages with electric gates are at your disposal.

Points to keep in mind:

During high season (from the pool opening), our pool technician and our teams come twice a week (before your arrival and mid-stay) to check water quality and maintain the pool. Regular attention to guarantee you an enjoyable and worry-free swimming experience.

In order to ensure the overall security of our property, including during unoccupied periods, a camera monitors only the parking area, thus fully respecting your privacy.

We gladly accept 1 pet, subject to a prior request by message. Once your request is approved, we thank you to respect the following rules:



Your pet is not allowed on the sofa in night spaces.

Your pet is not allowed in the swimming pool.

Please make sure to pick up your pet's droppings.
