The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. "I don’t write negative reviews often but this stay really stood out in a negative way and I want to warn others. The room itself was big, beds comfortable enough, and there was a safe (that didn’t work). The sheets were clean but the comforters were not. The room was clean but in the bathroom I could see foot prints on the floor. The room was VERY ran down- the bathroom door had water damage, one of the lamps was falling apart and overall it was very dilapidated. The hotel looked dilapidated and...

"Mal.. yo reserve una hab para dos con dos camas y al llegar me dieron una con una sola.. según ellos las condiciones pueden variar pero en expedia no dice eso.. es responsabilidad de Expedia que no te exponen con claridad las condiciones y les damos de comer todo el año con las reservas no sirve de nada ser platinium a ratos"
