"Our room (Room #1) was spacious enough for 2 people for our 1-night stay. We had problems with the heating system working properly. I reported it to the man at reception because it was freezing in our room - he came in, it took him a few minutes to get it to work, then he left, and then it got too hot and we had problems getting it to cool off. "Super clean room.and bathroom. Close to train stations and central attractions. The girl that works there (forgot her name) she is very kind and professional. She was very helpful and made sure that we were very well settled. The person via WhatsApp also was very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Overall a great experience and 100% recommend. Beautiful and very convenient place to stay in Genova."
