Wonderful place to stay in Digne. The property is excellent and the staff truly outstanding in terms of care and attention. The amenities are great for couples and families alike. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant, and liked the overall commitment to sustainability.

Wonderful quaint place to stay in the countryside. Close to the park. Nicholas was a great host and recommended a good restaurant but best of all during breakfast he told us about the most amazing hike in the grand canyon. Thank you Nicholas!

This hôtel is a family owns hotel with a friendly staff, excellent French cuisine, and perfectly located to visit the Vernon Georges. The even have an indoor space to park bicycles and motorcycles.

it's a beautiful facility, with incredibly nice staff. we skipped on the 22 euro breakfast - i expect more for that price. overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

The place is nice and quiet. It is not an hotel and could be describe as a cottage or guesthouse. There is no housekeeping during the stay. Most the amenities ( pools, restaurants) described are part of the "hotel de l'ermitage" which is accessible from "les jardins de l'ermitage" if you can walk down a stair and unpaved path down a hill about 100 yards which my 87 year old father couldn't do. The outdoor pool was still closed even if we stay beginning of Mai. The indoor pool part of the SPA...

This is a rustic property that made us feel as if we were taking a srep back in time - in a good way! Don't expect fancy, but the property was clean, lighting was good, the bed is good as long as you like firm and no fuss (worked for us). Proximity to Moustiers Saint Marie (perhaps our favorite village in Provence), as well as to the Verdon gorge, could hardly be better.
