Independent holiday home with wonderful sea view located a short distance from the Scopello stacks, the Zingaro nature reserve and the beautiful Guidaloca beach, very close to the provincial road that leads to San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Segesta and the Segestane spa, in a central and strategic area to visit the most beautiful places in western Sicily. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea and you will be immersed in a delightful garden full of fruit trees that, depending on the period, will delight you with succulent figs, prickly pears, white mulberries, red mulberries, medlars, lotuses, oranges, mandarins, lemons, pears and plums. You will have a large area equipped for barbecue, covered veranda and patio with private parking area inside the property, which is entirely fenced. All rooms are air conditioned and have a refrigerator, smart TV and free wi-fi. The property includes a beautiful fully equipped brick kitchen, a dining area, a covered veranda, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a beautiful barbecue area. Casa molto curata e pulita. Terrazza sempre ventilata. Spazi esterni sconfinati e con altra terrazza prendisole. Cucina completa di tutto. Wifi iperfunzionante. Lavanderia posta in una vera e propria depandance. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 2 al 16 agosto con due bambine e direi che siamo stati magicamente bene. Dal punto di vista strategico permette di raggiungere praticamente tutta la costa occidentale. Dalla riserva dello zingaro fino a San Vito lo Capo, passando per il golfo di Macari. Nel caso nostro siamo arrivati fino a Sciacca. La spiaggia di riferimento, la bellissima Guidaloca è a soli 5m di macchina. Giuseppe è disponibile e rapidissimo a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Insomma, sono state delle vacanze super!!! Alla prossima......
