"Erreur de Bâtiment au départ (de la part de l'agence) intitulé "Nautic" alors que c'était le Cannes Gros Problème à l'arrivée au studio; le badge d'entrée principale du bâtiment le "Cannes" ne fonctionnait pas cause était démagnétisé . Aucun accompagnant d'agence sur les lieux pour l'état des lieux et deux allées et retour à l'agence de l'occasion (25 km) pou régler le problème de badge d'entrée. Sinon la suite des vacances OK."

"The communication with the agency in Barcelona and in Santa Cristina d'Aro was very good and fast. The facility and the view are great. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean (dishes, stove and kitchen in general were dirty - oil stains, hair on the floor, pubic hair in the shower and toilet) and although the gentleman the agency sent took photos of it to clean again, these things were still there after the second cleaning. Nous avons du refaire la vaisselle à la main car elle était d’une propreté douteuse. D’ailleurs le lave vaisselle semble ne pas fonctionner. Il y a aussi un chantier de construction sous les fenêtres et c’est assez bruyant"
