"It was excellent except the shower didn’t work"

"Great spot at an even better centrally located location. Staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was beautiful. The staff was super accommodating. My friends came by from another hotel and said they had wished to have reserved here instead. Modern accommodations and of course luckily an elevator. DEFINITELY would stay here again"

"This hotel room was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Ours was all ivory, there was a couch and table, the view outside the window of the Duomo was INCREDIBLE!! Fun little elevator to get to the 4th floor, it looked like there were only 8 rooms. There's a kitchen with free drinks, as well as an Nespresso machine, and free croissants in the morning. Our favorite hotel of 5 that we stayed in this trip. Only weird thing was the shower drain was a slow drain, and the lip only like an inch tall, so we felt...

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"الفندق اكثر من رائع الموقع جميل كانت الغرفة مطلة علئ النهر المكان نظيف جداً والفطور لذيذ لكن وجدنا خدمة ركن السيارة سيئة الكراج بعيد جداً وسالنا عن الوقت الذي تستغرقه وصول السيارة كانت الاجابة من ٢٠ دقيقية الئ ٣٠ دقيقية وانتظرنا ساعة كاملة لكي تصل السيارة "

"Alles perfekt. Immer wieder."

"Hermosa la habitación, la ubicación fue increíble, no encontrarán mejor ubicación. Recomendamos mucho"

"Good location with easily accessible public transport. Good breakfast. Very thin walls we heard every noise from our neighbors. Great great view"

"It was a good place to stay for one night. Very clean and updated. Super close to train station."
