"This is my fourth time at this hotel. Love the vibe and the amenities. We have never EVER been booked in the correct room. Wrong every time. They blame Hotels.com. I waste time while the most gracious staff fix the problem. What’s gonna happen the one time my room choice is not available? I have called Hotels.com and they state I should be booked for the room I pay for…..Then I get to the hotel and I get a base room. Not cool. I’ve booked a room with a kitchen and balcony and paid for it. Fix the problem. I can call and confirm and I still get the wrong room. The staff are excellent. They agree with the problems but since this is a Brewery with a hotel as an add on there is no one onsite to really fix this. I’ve emailed and had no reply. Not professional."
