"The Posta provides perfect, modern comfort in a thoroughly charming building that has been been a hotel over much of the last five centuries, with a further history that extends a couple of centuries before that. The location in the historic center of Reggio Emilia is lovely. The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay was a little disappointing. The exterior of the property needs maintenance, with a deteriorated facade and overgrown areas. Upon arrival, there were strong unpleasant odors on the lower level, and seeing piles of bed linens in common areas was not a good first impression. The room itself was acceptable. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast area: it was pleasant and clean, the bathroom was very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, the property has potential, but it needs more attention and maintenance, especially in the exterior and common areas. With some improvements, the guest experience could be much better."
