"When we were checking into the hotel we were treated and helped by Stefanie. She was so helpful and accommodating. She helped arrange a situation we had with booking through Expedia. She also gave us recommendations around the city. Very nice hotel and great location"

"The room was amazing with a fantastic view and windows that opened enough for fresh air. Bidet was amazing, shower was divine. The room came equipped with house slippers/slides, and an umbrella in case you’re venturing in the rain. Dottie at the front desk was absolutely amazing, they were the most helpful when my boyfriend and I checked in kinda late and explained all things parking pass and elevator to us. There is a 24/7 gym on property as well, idk how often you’d wanna use it though because pikes place is about a mile trek from the hotel and the stroll back is uphill and terrible but worth it."
