"I had such a wonderful experience at Algar Seco Parque! The staff were absolutely incredible—so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They answered all of my questions, made excellent recommendations for restaurants, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The bistro was delicious, and the desserts were especially fantastic. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience feel even more special. The only suggestion I would make is to have more lounge chairs and cushions available during high season, so guests don’t have to ask for them each day. Overall, a beautiful place with wonderful staff, delicious food, and a truly memorable atmosphere. I would happily return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Barao. We went as a family of 8 adults and one year old. All four double bedrooms were en-suite and with air conditioning. We don’t use the out house but it has two more bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and bathroom.A large kitchen with island unit and sitting area although we mainly sat outside near the pool. We used the bbq once and sat at the table outside to eat.Great location as only a 10 minute walk downhill to the centre of Carvoeiro and a bit of a steep climb back up.The pool was great with a fence around so safe for our granddaughter and an area to sit in shallow water and a slope to the deeper part of the pool. Lots of pool toys for children to play with.The hosts were really helpful and we communicated via What’s app.Thank you for a fantastic stay at your villa."

"We only stay one night but it was nice and comfortable, needs a little maintenance but everything worked. Very friendly staff. Parking is free but limited and it gets full if you are staying in the summer. Very close to Lagoa so it was convenient for us."

"We had a fantastic time here, the apartments are large, clean and well maintained. Everything is thought of, even a wine cooler. The pool is a lovely place to relax and within walking distance of restaurants and beaches. Fabulous!"

Casa do Farol – Cozy Retreat with Special Rates in Low Season Algarve

"We had a great stay at Casa Do Farol!The house was clean and as described. The check in process was easy and information provided by the host was useful. The location is brilliant and there were restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, as well as beaches, and Carvoeiro is about a 40 minutes walk. The kids loved the pool and the views of the sea and lighthouse are lovely! There is a bus stop just outside the house and Ubers were readily available to travel the local area if you do not wish to hire a car. Overall a great place to stay!"
