The hotel did not reach out ahead of our arrival to help tailor our plans or secure reservations, which is normally expected at this level. I had to initiate contact myself, and after several days of delay, I was told to contact the beach clubs directly. "It was good but not a five star experience. We were expecting a kitchenette and a balcony and we didn't get either, the air con in the room was not working, the beds were slightly too hard, I asked the housekeeping staff to come back later and they proceeded to sigh and close the door. Staff was friendly. The gym was okay. The pool"

"Traveling with my cousin and his family. Their room had no hot water on first night and first morning after. Staff was unaware that first afternoon after if it had been fixed. They had to switch rooms, and got a smaller room that our reservation. We asked for some sort of compensation for this major inconvenience (just for my cousin, not for me), and hotel said they couldn’t comp us breakfast because we paid thru Expedia but they would be in touch. However it is 3 days later and no contact...

"The location is a little remote but absolutely stunning and extremely quiet. Everything was very clean and the staff very welcoming. I wish we could have stayed a little longer but we had to be off early. Will definitely return if we are in the area again."
