"Great location and the staff where very helpful"

"Only negative is the hotel’s parking situation. We drove around the property (as best we could) and was unable to find any signs/directions. We knew there was limited parking on site but could only find out that it was full once stood at reception (which I was whilst partner waited with engine running on side road). Was then told that we could use the car park on Thompson Road (diagonally opposite hotel). Although maybe not as secure/convenient as onsite parking, £11 for 24hours was a much cheaper rate than hotel’s £24 for same time and literally a 5 min walk."

"I think the value for money was excellent. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The only complaint with the room was the lighting being too dark, albeit a very modern lighting setup. However, I have to state as someone allergic to Gluten, the hotel and restaurant have absolutely ZERO ability to deal with this and therefore neither dinner nor breakfast was an option."

"Great hotel but it clearly needs a refurb now. The rooms are nice but the decor a bit old fashioned and showing signs of a lot of wear and tear. The corridors and panelling are chipped and bashed and the pool area and sauna etc missing tiles. It’s in a great location and the rooms and bathrooms are a great size and the mattress really comfy. Staff are really helpful and the onsite bar and restaurant are really nice. As I say, just needs a refurb to bring it up to speed."

"We booked in hotel staff where fantastic I had car issue and they where supportive my mum has mobility issues and again supportive with the shower and bed from gym to house keeping and resption staff and restaurant staff again amazing and even swimming staff helped my mum for swimming amazing night thank you"
