"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with directions and local restaurant recommendations. They were very friendly to our dog too - giving her treats on arrival. The room was clean and the hotel's location is near to the tram that takes you straight into the old town. We also managed to get a free parking space on the street nearby - there is a paid underground carpark next door. We would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was 10 minutes away from Zaragoza Delicias station. Metro bus ran on 7 min intervals making it easy to travel to hotel. Metro rail was helpful to drop-off close to Roman bridge. It definitely caters to the tour group market and therefore you get the impression that it wants you in and out as quick as possible. This shows in the breakfast which was very disappointing, the food offered was poor quality food, and the coffee was awful. We only...

"The website stated that the pool was open in September but that was not the case. It seems to close in early September. This should be disclosed properly!!!"

"Is like this hotel has not staff at all nobody able to help"

"Room was spacious and clean huge windows reception staff unfriendly to the point of being rude hotel was ideal just 25 minutes walk from the old town"

"Great budget choice but a bit of a long cab ride. Otherwise a fine pick."

"Muy buena experiencia nos encantó gracias"

"Super clean and perfect location. Great opportunity to visit Zaragoza 🇪🇸"

"Top, je recommande"
