"Property is great and location is wonderful for baseball tournament. The property manager is useless as far as fixing issues. My front door lock was broken and no one bothered to inform or fix the lock for my entire stay. I finally had to insist on physical key after waiting 24 hours for them to resolve the issue. The entire stay we had to listen to a chime on the lock as it tried repeatedly to remote lock. Safety matters. I've never had an issue like this with a VRBO property and now I get msgs...

"This was a great property to stay at. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and having the gym downstairs was great for my son to get workouts in between his games. We would definitely stay here again!"
