"The house itself is a lovely older home that has had extensive renovation on the first level. It would be the perfect place for an indoor reception or family gathering. The upstairs bedrooms are spartan (no night stands or lamps) but it was just the two of us and it worked fine. We did not use the downstairs rec room but we did use the laundry facilities. The host was very responsive and our only issue was the AC was set lower (too cold) than we liked. We would stay here again."

"We had a perfect stay at The Rookery Cottage! Such a cute and quaint cottage. It had everything we needed and was a very relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were so friendly and hospitable. We will definitely be back!"

"Nice little place in a cute town. Home was very clean amd appears to have been somewhat recently remodeled. Beds were comfy. Only one bath with multiple entry doors (no bathroom for upstairs bedroom occupants), so just something to know. We were only there for one night to attend a wedding so we did not do any cooking or even use a single dish so I can't speak to how well stocked it was. Be sure to check out the town when driving through as it is fun and eclectic. Also had the cheapest gas we found in 500 miles! Great communication from host Travis, too."
