- This 4 story condo in a river front community is ideally located making it the perfect family getaway. Magnificent, unobstructed pool and hot tub views with easy river/ocean access just seconds away! Beautifully decorated, everything included, with your comfort in mind. Large enclosed porch with plenty of seating for enjoying a book, T.V. show or sports event! Great area for friends and family. Public boat ramp is adjacent to property, making it easy to launch your boat for the 15 minute ride to both Dog and St. George Islands. Private boat parking is available on property as well. This is truly one of the best values on Timber Island!
