A sizable pantry provides plenty of storage for groceries and the well-stocked kitchen ensures that meal preparation will be a breeze. Down the hall the first guest bedroom makes wonderful accommodations for youngsters as it is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed and smart tv. There is an additional twin size trundle bed that stows away below the full bed for additional occupants. Across the hall there is a full bathroom that shares jack and jill access to the adjoining king guest room. The king guest room is comfortably furnished and offers a closet as well as a smart tv for your guest’s comfort. A third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a private ensuite bathroom. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary suite. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
