5/5 - Excellent
I could easily walk into the town and along the towpath or out to the sea. There are benches along walking paths to stop a bit or read for a while. I enjoyed the small town ambiance.

The lodge was spotless and very well appointed cannot be faulted.

Clean and well appointed accommodation with spacious vaulted living space and lots of character. Not far from the Lakes for walks and exploring, and close to Kirkby Lonsdale for local shops and restaurants. Good parking and excellent communication from the host, everything was very straightforward. ...

Our first time in a pod but we loved it. We stayed with our two young children, who were sad to leave! The pod was clean, cosy, had everything you need and on a quiet but secure site. We booked very last minute but had an easy check in with great communication from hoasts. Would come again x

Warton, and neighboring Carnforth, are a lovely example of traditional English villages. The people are friendly and the atmosphere relaxed.
It was a cute town from what we saw of it. We didn’t do much exploring.
