Semi-detached house located in a quiet dead-end street, 500 m from the town of Carnac and its shops. The beach is approximately 1200 m away, and the resort's activities are less than a kilometre away. All of Carnac is easily accessible by bicycle. An ideal holiday destination for exploring the surroundings, from the Quiberon peninsula to the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan, as well as enjoying the beaches and swimming.



Pleasant 65 m² house, enclosed garden with wooden terrace, outdoor furniture, plancha.



Ground floor:

- Entrance to living room with sitting area (TV) and dining space;

- Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher, freezer-refrigerator, microwave, hob, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster;

- Patio door opening to garden with wooden terrace; Independent WC with hand basin; Cupboard.



Upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds of 90 cm;

- Bedroom 2: double bed of 160 cm;

- Bedroom 3: 1 single bed of 90 cm, desk, travel cot + mattress;

- Independent WC;

- Bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity basin.
