Small private residence composed of some semi-detached houses, located in the heart of Carnac-Plage in a quiet area just 650 m from the main beach (beautiful white sand beach of more than 1km). Children’s club and sailing school 1 km. Tennis club 2.5 km. Thalassotherapy center 1.5 km.



Semi-detached house 3 rooms of 55 m2, pleasantly furnished. Small garden with terrace furniture and parasol.



On the ground floor:

Well equipped kitchen area with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker.

Living room with sofa, television; sliding door opening onto the garden.

W.C. with hand basin.

Floor:

Two bedrooms with respectively a bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm.

Bathroom with bath and sink.



Parking: 1 place per house.

Arrival: 16h-18h Please inform in case of late arrival.

Deposit: 250 € to be paid on site

Charges: electricity included in the price of accommodation from June to September. Outside this period, charges charged in addition (meter reading).
