"Bayside Vista is a perfect place to stay and explore the Penobscot Bay region. It is a great hub for visiting Belfast, Searsport, Camden, Castine, the Deer Isle Peninsula, and more (all within 30 minutes). Acadia is a 60-minute drive. "The Spofford Inn (Inkwell Room) was beautiful and meticulously decorated with beautiful pieces to not only make the space modern and clean but keep the charm of the original building. The hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating all our needs. It was is walking distance of a few restaurants and yummy ice cream shop. We were not in Bucksport very long but definitely enjoyed our stay."
