"Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊"

"The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent."

"The gentleman that owns it was so helpful and very easy to approach. It was a beautiful place and I wpuld definitely go back"

"This is exactly what we needed. Brilliant host, lots of personal touches in the accommodation, we will be back!"

"We loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars after a beautiful walk around"

"Easy to access accommodation, brilliant communication, clean and tidy. Perfect location!"

"The cottage has real character, being over 200 years old. It has lovely countryside views from the lounge and bedrooms and is spacious. The cooking equipment was good and the dining room was lovely and cosy. We were quite near to Lincoln City and was an hours drive from the seaside town of Skegness, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon. The host was very helpful. Would stay here again."
