"I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...

"In the renters defense I booked with only 24 hours notice, I should have taken a hint when I didn’t get the email. Once contact was made, the rest went fine. Renter was kind and apologetic about the communication issues. Had more time been given i am sure the home would have been ready. It’s a beautiful private location, just not for the price offered, in my humble opinion."
