"The staff was wonderful. The bed was soft, fluffy, and incredibly comfortable. The included buffet breakfast had fantastic variety and was very good quality. The pool area was nice, clean and warm. The onsite restaurant had good choices at pretty good prices. There was a small onsite “convenience store” that was pricey but also had good variety and good in a pinch. A couple of minor negatives: I booked this hotel for the pool BUT the water was freezing, I couldn’t even get in. My room was supposed to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash BUT I didn’t have conditioner (someone obviously refilled the conditioner bottle with shampoo). "
