"Good accommodation located very centrally, only a few mins walk to the center of town and right on thr lakefront. Check in process is a little complicated but nothing overly difficult. Room was very clean without any issues at all."

"The room is very decent and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, the elevator was in maintenance and they helped us to carry the luggage. I really like how there’s a share kitchen so I can heat up my breakfast. Also, free water refill is great. In a quiet community, 20minutes bus ride to Milan Centrale."

"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"

"This is the nicest accommodation we have stayed at in Italy. We love the design and decor and location. And the steam shower is amazing. Friendly staff and even convenient parking in a nearby garage. Cannot recommend highly enough. They also have a new property with kitchens in the suite. I love this place. Grazie!"

"The property was very secure. Our big family was very comfortable with the rooms we used. The area itself is near the Como center, which is very helpful, there’s already a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is amazing, Elisabetta and Nino were so wonderful!
