"Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. The ice bucket for your room is extremely small. The elevators are very fast. Very child friendly resort. Very expensive. The room lighting is a challenge to operate."

"Everything was absolutely perfect! Would recommend 10/10. Traveled with my husband and 2 young children (5 and 7 years old) at the end of March. Secluded beach, fantastic pool area, great food/drinks at the restaurant, and exceptionally clean rooms (we stayed in an oceanfront villa that was stocked with everything we needed including washer and dryer). Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available poolside and at the beach. Staff was very personable and accommodating. Definitely family friendly but would also be great for couples or friends traveling together. "

Also, they gave us the wrong room, we booked a double bed but when we checked in, they said they don’t have any available. Like how is that possible if we have the reservation. The beddings also smell, like they weren’t dried properly. "
