"I genuinely enjoyed my stay at RIU Aquarelle! From the overall atmosphere to the entertainment and beautiful pools and beach, it was a lovely experience. The resort has a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to relax, have fun, and enjoy your time away. The customer service was one of the things that stood out to me the most. The staff were excellent, and their hospitality really added to my experience. The food was good, and my room was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the entertainment, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What I loved most was the overall atmosphere of the resort. It was a great place to unwind, enjoy the surroundings, and make some nice memories. I had no major issues during my stay, and overall, I left feeling happy with my experience. RIU Aquarelle is definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a nice resort experience in Jamaica. I had a great time and would happily recommend it to others! ❤️🌴"

"The hotel was nice. The double rooms are quite large. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room daily. The 6 pools were amazing. Well kept. The lifeguards seemed to only work occasionally. And not every pool was manned. But the pools are only 4 feet deep, so maybe they didn't feel the necessity to have a lifeguard at each pool. There's lots of eating areas in Rose Hall (the main buffet). There is an unpleasant odor as you walk inside the buffet hall, which would be nice if they gave the entire indoors a good cleaning and freshening up. All the servers were extremely pleasant and always ready to offer help. The food was good. They did serve many authentic Jamaican dishes; which was nice. And it appeared that everyone was enjoying the food. The negative part for me was that I had to wait hours for my room to be ready when I first arrived, after travelling almost 18+ hours. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. But only after I got angry did I finally get my room after 4:30 pm."

"Property and rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing. Food was excellent. Wasn’t a fan of steak house but was good. Buffet excellent. Only problem I had they only have two beers. If you drink michelob, coors, miller lite….etc DO NOT GO. If you don’t drink those then it’s a perfect place for you."
