"I’ve been to quite a few all-inclusive resorts over the years, but I can honestly say the family section at Princess Grand Jamaica is the best experience I’ve had so far. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made everything completely stress-free. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and they always had a smile on their faces, which set the tone for the entire stay. The staff overall were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and it truly felt like more than just a vacation—it was an experience I won’t ever forget. A special mention has to go to the restaurant staff. Their level of professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail is outstanding. You can tell they are very well trained in customer service, and it made every dining experience enjoyable. The activities team also deserves huge praise. The entertainment was top tier—engaging, fun, and suitable for the whole family. There was always something happening, and they kept the energy high throughout. I would highly recommend the swim-out room—my daughter was in the pool for most of our stay and absolutely loved it! Overall, I would give the entire experience a 10/10. If you’re considering a family getaway, Princess Grand Jamaica has truly set the bar very high."

"The staff was very professional and nice . The food was ok best restaurant was the steak house .. the room needs to be upgraded furniture was very old . The room smelled like sewage!!! And wasn’t clean as expected. The music options sucked in the club and on the resort . They only played and performed Spanish music . I feel like being that it’s a resort with Diffrent cultures they should play a variety . Most of the activities was closed on the resort or under construction "

"This resort was lovely. It’s right on the ocean. The beach is beautiful, the lagoon pool is amazing. There are always plenty of chairs and towels. At the beach there are people who set up your umbrella and chairs. I barely lifted a finger while I was there. My biggest complaint is the internet. They force you to pay $10 a day for usable internet and that is total BS. It’s 2026, and there is no excuse not to have reliable and free internet."
