"Our stay in the Hawksbill Penthouse was an absolute dream vacation. The suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, and the photos simply could not capture the breathtaking beauty of the outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean. The pool was peaceful and relaxing, the restaurant offered fantastic food and exceptional service, and the beach was absolutely perfect. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return."

"We were greeted very warmly by host, who treated us like family and was helpful in recommending nearby amenities and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Property located conveniently from amenities and only a few minutes away by car from beaches and several attractions found in the northern part of the island. "Shops and restaurants are nearby, but the walk is about 15 minutes. The kitchen appliances are old and need replacing. Pots and pans were plentiful, but cutlery and glasses were shared with upstairs unit. The beach chairs provided and the outdoor furniture was great. Thank you. The layout of the apartment and the furniture provided excellent. Wifi and TV great. No need for an alarm, the rooster next door will wake you to see the sunrise. "

"The best part of this property is definitely the outdoor space! Nicely furnished inside and out. There was poor communication with Andreas so some things need attention, specifically, the microwave that stopped working during our stay. Not the best dishwasher. The kitchen was void all spices except s&p. The bathrooms are not supplied with shampoo or soap so bring your own. The beds are very firm so great if that’s what you like. The grounds are well cared for. "

"This was our second time staying here. We love the location and the amenities provided. Paul and Gabriel are both so helpful and accommodating. The upstairs apartment is clean and bright, and with so many windows in all the rooms, the cross breeze keeps it cool at night. Loved waking up to coffee on the small deck, and watching the birds and monkeys, even the chickens. We had a car, so getting around was no problem, but it is walkable to a beautiful beach, restaurants and groceries. God willing, we will be back again. We have been to Barbados many times, but this is our favorite place to stay. A local neighbourhood with friendly people. Feels very safe, and we couldn’t be happier with the apartment."

"Kelvin is a welcoming host and Breezy Vista is an economical spot to use as a base to travel the island. The apartment was spacious and clean and the outdoor patio was lovely in the evening. We found the mattress a little soft, though many may enjoy that. The AC was powerful, but barely needed with the cool evening winds. Kelvin was communicative and helpful. "
