"Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans le gîte l’olive tree. James et sa famille ont été très accueillants et de bons conseils pour les visites à faire dans les environs. Le gîte est très bien équipé et confortable, notre chien y était accepté, ce qui est un plus. Les extérieurs sont très agréables, notamment le grand jardin, la piscine partagée et la terrasse du gîte équipée d’une table de ping pong très appréciée des enfants. L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région. Petit plus : l’accès direct au canal du midi avec une écluse juste devant le domaine, toujours impressionnant à observer avec les enfants et les soirées pizzas (excellentes) proposées une fois par semaine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un futur séjour."
Le Château de La Seigne

"Absolutely fantastic 2-day stay in the Royal Suite at Le Château de La Seigne. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Carcassonne, and Ubers had no trouble picking us up right at the gate quickly. The château itself is stunning and beautifully restored, packed with character and cool features like vintage restored cars in the entrance garage, a working old-school jukebox near the hall and a characterful staircase up to the upper rooms. The Royal Suite was huge, spotless, and had incredible views with multiple balconies (including one right at the top of the fort). Breakfast was great, with a massive spread of fresh breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, fruit, and cooked items. Huge thanks to the family running it they’re genuinely welcoming, happy people, and the two younger women speak good English (even if they say they only speak a little). Couldn’t fault it, would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Maison agréable. Ormis les escaliers étroits, vieille maison oblige, tout est parfait. Wi-Fi super, cadeau de bienvenue gourmet. Tout a été pensé pour qu'on apprécie le séjour. Je recommande à 100 pour cent."

"Great escape in this boutique hotel/ restaurant bar & art gallery in a small village. Not your traditional services (housekeeping/ room service, great character & ambience makes you soon forget about this. Franck the manager was very accommodating & helpful with great recommendations for food & entertainment. Loved this stay"

"This was the perfect holiday for us. The property is thoughtfully planned with every comfort in mind and incredibly clean, a real home. The patio is the perfect place to relax and stay cool in the summer heat. Ingrid is a kind and thoughtful host who went above and beyond for us. And the village itself is the perfect mix, it’s slow and sleepy but there’s a lovely selection of restaurants. We loved it!"
