"What an amazing hotel this ex-convent is. I can't think anytime to criticize. The check-in staff was friendliest ever and it all just went efficiently and as planned. Amongst the Paradores we have visited, the Plasencua may be our new favorite."

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Parking was fine. Staffwere friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool. The town was nearby and great to explore."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und neu! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht; ausreichend Geschirr, Waschmaschine.. Betten sehr bequem!
