"Host was very responsive. The location is quiet and perfect for a concert at Tacoma Dome. Not walkable to anything but I had a car. Fridge and microwave in room was super convenient. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a stale stench upon walking in, there were stains and hair on the floor, stains on the bedsheets, the train can was dirty and didn’t have a plastic liner. I provided this feedback to the host who promised to resolve this for the next guest."
