"A great flat that has been thoughtfully and generously equipped. It’s really helpful in St Ives to have a garage. We were tempted to spend hours gazing out of the bedroom or living room windows at the spectacular view of the beach and sea. After a while you become completely tuned to the state of the tide and the height of the waves. "The room was ok for an overnight stay but any longer and it needs comfy seats, not just a bed, to sit on. The curtain had been pulled off the rail on one side, so did not close easily, but the bathroom was roomy and very clean! The staff are delightful - very professional and helpful... They clearly like dogs at The Godolphin and accommodate them with flair! We sometimes feel dogs are just tolerated, though not here.....!! The food was just ok.... (dare I say even disappointing) the single boule of ice-cream @ £3 was tiny and under-delivered - why not charge £5 and give 2 decent sized boules? Prudence was a "stand out" member of staff and a credit to you!"
