"I lived here for 2 months while volunteering in Granada. It definitely fit my needs - comfortable self contained unit with kitchen, not directly in tourist zone, 10-15 min walk to restaurants, grocery stores & market, pool, reliable wifi, good fans, quiet location. AC in living room and bedroom, and hot water but i didn't use them. "The stunning location and view of the pacific is breathtaking. Literally on the beach with a central pool shaded from the palm trees helps keep it cool. We saw whales in the bay, plenty of chatting birds, and via golf cart you can seek out the howler monkey troops to have a mini safari. Daily if you like. "The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...
