The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. "Hotel is close to the beach. Hotel service is overall excellent. Beach parasol booking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent even though half hour slots is too tight and really not acceptable. There were an espresso machine in the room but no coffee capsules, only the. Instead they offered instant coffee - a bit cheap. Does not reflect the otherwise quiet boutique luxury this hotel offers."

"The property is in the upper side of the town, the view is amazing! Daniele is the perfect host, he knows everyone and everywhere, he can reccomend you the best food spots, beaches and everything else. The room was small but very comfortable, fridge, tv, bathroom and even a small balcony. Breakfast is served from 7:30 and when you get down the stairs you can smell the croissants coming out of the oven. I had a great experience, the historical part of the town is a few minutes walk and the beach is 10 min walk, in the evening (summertime) you can even jump on a small train if you feel lazy :) i definitely recommend it!
