Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. "This was our second time in 3 weeks staying at the Kapok hotel. You only come back for a second time if you really love a hotel. So many good things to say. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The area was super walkable - with so many great shops, attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff were awesome - from the sweet people at the front desk to the wonderful breakfast staff. The hotel's two restaurants were so, so good. The pool and other amenities were amazing. Oh and I loved that I could do a massive load of laundry - wash and dry for TT$50. And best of all - the price was very reasonable for all that we got. Thank you to everyone at the Kapok hotel. We will be back for sure!"
