"Service to the room was irregular- there were days the coffee and water were not replenished (3 days in a row at one point) and the electrical was odd - lights that wouldn’t switch off (had to go to the front desk) or that wouldn’t turn on. However I happened to be there on my birthday and the hotel surprised me with a card and lovely cake - they clearly got my birthday from my passport at check in. So that was lovely. Convenient location close to S and UBahn, and there’s a grocery store across the pedestrian mall if you want to stash something in the room’s bar fridge."

"They served breakfast in lobby area which was not comfortable, they asked if you need to clean the room you should ask us directly, which again it was not practical since they were guests who want to check in or out . I liked location , design , music in room ."

"The location is in easy walking distance to all the beautiful sites in Potsdam. Modern and flooded with natural light, the hotel has many areas for gathering or quiet reading. The hotel has a relaxing pool area, nice indoor and patio bar and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The rooms have comfortable bedding and air conditioning (which was a relief during warm days this August). I highly recommend the hotel!"

"Had a lovely four night stay in Berlin at the Ginn Hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. Room was comfortable with plenty of convenient amenities. Location is ideal - three metro stops from Brandenburg Gate. Thoroughly recommended and will stay here again."
