"The property management team, Shalley's Seashells, was awesome. Ally was great every time I spoke with hre regarding preplanning, but best of all was Emily! She greeted us, helped bring our groceries upstairs, and had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. This team was extremely responsive, which is critical on a barrier island connected to the mainland only by ferry. The grocery service executed perfectly and when we had a couple of problems with the water and the TV access, they were resolved immediately. I've been going to North Captiva since 1998 and have NEVER had a team that was as responsive and great to work with as that of Shalley's Seashells!"

From the beginning, communication with the hosts was super clear, friendly, and full of empathy. they truly cared about making our stay perfect. The house is in a fantastic location and has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. The pool was amazing, the rooms were spacious and spotless.
