"Nice room. "

"We were on the ground floor in a large room. Very basic but clean enough and it really was just a bed for the night! Breakfast was excellent. My daughter is Coeliac - I mentioned this when checking in and they had a tray overflowing with GF options ready for her, plus yoghurt etc that she was able to eat. Staff were friendly. We checked out in the morning but weren't heading to the airport until dinner time. They were happy to store bags for the day at no charge. Location fairly good. We were happy to do lots of walking! Bergamo is lovely! "

"Terrible hotel, very dirty room AC not working as hotel does not connect the AC until mid April, room was extremely hot and even with the windows open it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Bed sheets had blood stain on them and bathroom had flies. Don’t recommend this hotel. "

"We had a standard double room, which was clean and modern. Had obviously been renovated relatively recently, all the fixings and fittings in excellent condition. The lights all linked to touchscreens located throughout the room. Powered shutters on the windows and AC which was effective. Complimentary water in the fridge, tea and instant coffee. As a vegan, the options at the breakfast buffet were limited to fruit, cereal + soy milk, bread + jam, some hot mixed veg, and a couple of sweet cakes. Tea/coffee/juice. The vegan things were labelled so that was nice. Very easy to get around, bus stops just across the street to the train station, airport etc. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend."

"Shuttle to and from the hotel. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast not included and expensive, friendly staff. Much better than the Moxy next door"

"Excellent reception and restaurant staff. Fabulous extra large bed and the bus transfer was also a massive benefit with a friendly driver. Would recommend if you need to be close to the airport."
