"It was a nice stay. The room was surprisingly clean, and the shower was good. The only downside was that the towels are scratchy. However, it was a good stay considering the price. "

"First off you can ride the water slides with anything on you! No earrings, no cloth bracelets, no plug gauges, no nose rings nothing. Second I paid for a tye dye shirt and they let somebody else get it and it took 15 min to get a refund and I’m not even sure if the refund was done correct! You buy a cabana for 180 you get 12 drinks that’s it! No free breakfast! I will not be coming back! The slides are not worth taking everything off to ride. The staff obviously can’t handle selling items without handing out wrong ones! You have to pay for everything literally everything, game room have to pay. 700 dollars just to stay for 2 nights but you get 100 back! It was not worth it! Not worth the stress at all! "

"We stayed in an accessible room, which was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed—exactly what we were hoping for. Our fridge wasn’t cold when we arrived, but after calling the front desk, they quickly sent up a larger one that worked perfectly, which we really appreciated. The complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, though it was quite busy during our stay due to school break. Early mornings were especially crowded with teenagers, and unfortunately, we couldn’t find a table or even a chair at times. It would have been helpful to be informed about peak breakfast times so we could plan accordingly during our stay. One area for improvement would be the pool—towels in that area could be refreshed more regularly and buy new ones. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences."
