"We arrived at 11:00 at night. Cost for that one hour was $ 800. 00 for 2 rooms. My wife and I were assigned the wrong room by the check in staff. We had no blanket or comforter for the bed so we froze the entire night. I complained the next day but they did not assign us the correct room. We received no apology and were not offered to help us move to the correct room. At check out we asked for simply a 1 hour late check out at 12:00. "Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. "The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car."
