"We checked in on Friday afternoon and they were experiencing a nationwide outage and the two desk clerks were very quick even with the outage. They were also very nice. Beautiful property my kids called it a castle. Rooms are spacious and has everything you could need even a smart tv. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area."

"By far my favorite hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff is so welcoming and nice. The pool was heated and they have a hot tub which was open until 10 pm giving my kids a plenty of time for a night swim after a long day of sightseeing. The first is clean. The breakfast and coffee is absolutely amazing. Each morning they had wonderful selections! It was about a 12 min walk from the boardwalk. Coffee and ice cream shops! The valet were so informative and personable."

"Property was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location wasn't as close to the beaches as I thought however it wasn't too far. I was hoping for walking distance, but we definitely had to drive. Bathroom was a bit small. Overall, my family and I would go back. It was comfortable."
