"I think better seating on the front porch would be nice. A swing, Adirondack chairs. I did like having a table. The view from the front porch was the best. I think with the sulfer smell a water filtration system is a must if it gets the smell out. Not sure if it would or not."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baywood on the Bay. Sharon was very helpful in getting us settled and suggested restaurants that were open even though it was the beginning of off season. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking and the soaking tub was so nice after hiking around Kiptopeak State Park and Cape Charles. The breakfast was hot and very delicious."

"The rental is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a beautiful setting. Basically in a Marina surrounded by boats. The rental process was seamless from booking through checkout.Renters should know this apartment is above a very good restaurant so you will have some sound from the kitchen and restaurant patrons. Cooking aromas come and go as well. The restaurant is Hook @ Harvey and is exceptional!There is a Kuerig coffee machine but No K Cups so take your own. The unit has step stairs to enter so if you have trouble with stairs beware. The outside trash can placement near the entry is problematic for flies entering the apartment while you are entering.These are NOT complaints but notes for the owners and renters. We loved the place and would return if in the area!"

"We had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the dog-friendly location and how easy it was to enjoy the area with our pup. Having the golf cart rental was such a fun bonus and made getting around even more enjoyable and convenient.The only small suggestion we would have is to make the dining area a little easier to access. We found ourselves needing to move furniture before and after meals, which was a bit cumbersome.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was fantastic. We would happily stay here again!"
